Back from the Dead!

It has been too long. Sam and Zak have, like Cosmonauts in the freeze of space, ventured far from our digital womb, but now, after weeks of uncertain voyaging, They have returned to breathe in the sweet binary air and cathode glow of the computer. We last left our heroes in Washington D.C., waiting out the weather and good times. They bid goodbye to their gracious host, Robby, and made South in Maryland with merry hearts. The day went on without a hitch until at last they made it to the Potomac river crossing bridge, only to be denied access. NO BIKES. The best consolation they were offered, as the orange sun sank low on the horizon and temperatures dropped ominously low, was to wait till the following morning, and ask for the assistance of the road crew, when they showed up for work. Our Zeroes made haste to a nearby campsite, and asked the sourfaced woman at the desk for a tent sigtht. "Our tent sites are closed for the season" she replied, "but i can offer you a camper site for 29.95$" Slackjawed but undaunted, Zak asked if there was anywhere else they could simply plop a tent, without the luxury of water and electricity, for a smaller sum. "Like I said" the woman answered, already becoming testy, "I already closed the tent sights for the season, but what I can do, is let you set up two tents on the site for the price of one."
"We've only got one tent"
"Wellllll, most fellows bring two so they don't have to sleep together"
Our heroes paid no mind to her lewd insinuation, and after much hemming and hawwing and even looking for a spot in the woods off the highway, they caved and shelled out thirty bucks to Queen Cantankersaurus. Indeed, a dismal low for the All Heart and No Brains bicycle team, but it would soon get lower. That night, in their overpriced campsite, temperatures went below freezing and our heroes spent the night fighting the urge to get out sleeping bags and urinate in the unholy cold. Stay tuned kids, things are looking up in Richmond!
